28 Mar Be on the lookout for angels
My heart goes out to all those who live in fear daily, whether it is the global fear of terrorism or the countless fears we all face when life pushes us outside of what feels safe.
We want to help but don’t know how. We don’t feel like what we do is big enough to solve all the problems so we do nothing. We get complacent. We harden to the outside world. We watch and listen but miss opportunities to serve because we are afraid.
Open your heart and look. You can always do something to help. Remember to put on your own oxygen mask first.
I recently shared an article on Medium about some of the helpers I’ve seen in action. I’d love if you’d read and recommend it and share about the everyday acts of angels you’ve witnessed.
